Corrective exercise focuses on identifying incorrect patterns of movement, identifying what muscles are weak or strong, lengthened or shortened, and what can be done to correct imbalances in the body. Injury Rehabilitation is the process of helping a person who has suffered an illness or injury restore lost skills and to regain maximum self-sufficiency.
