Strongman is a competition to demonstrate a measure of strength in various forms and applications. A wide variety of lifting feats and tasks, all done with less conventional forms of resistance. Certain implements and odd objects that require a broad array of physical fitness and strength endurance.

At S10 Fitness, we carry a wide variety of implements and odd objects from sport-specific training to strongman-style lifting. We specialize in proper technique and controlled application of these movements, and provide a training stimulus in a safe training environment. We are also invested in the history of strength sports and still employ the techniques of old-time strongman competition lifts such as (the bent press, and two hands anyhow).
